Why do we love this wine?
Vibrant red apple, raspberry, strawberry and guava on the nose, with a subtle rhubarb and rockmelon quality that gives it a freshness and complexity well beyond what most Rosé bothers to deliver. The palate is lush and generously fruited, with a juicy mid-palate sweetness that's kept perfectly honest by a lively natural acidity running through to a bright, clean finish. Friendly, fresh and completely unpretentious. Pauletts have been nailing Clare Valley wine for decades - and this Rosé is a perfect example of why they've got such loyal fans.
