Why do we love this wine?
A mostly-Pinot, hefty-Shiraz mix, with the Shiraz portion made using carbonic maceration to keep things bright and juicy rather than heavy. The result is a wine that leads with perfume and crunchy red fruit, genuinely easy to keep pouring and dancing that line between accessibility and complexity. Delicious, completely delicious.
