1x Powell & Son The Blend Shiraz 2023
Red — Shiraz
Barossa — Australia
The return of one our most-requested wines of all time. The Blend - from Australian winemaking savant Dave Powell - is a remarkable wine. Breadth, weight, rusticity, opulence - there's not a box it doesn't tick. It is a wine approaching perfection. Don't let the name fool you, this is 100% Barossa shiraz. We thought this wine was gone forever, we grieved, we healed, we moved on... and then we got a call... and not a second too late. Just when we thought Powell & Sons couldn’t impress us more, they raised the bar higher than it’s ever been before. This seems to good to be true, right? We’re pinching ourselves too: it’s not every day that you get the best sub-regions of the Barossa (Marananga playing a big part of that), with the fruit of each vineyard separately nurtured and carefully blended after 18 months ageing in French oak. The name says it all, but this isn’t just any blend: it’s the king of blends. All shiraz. All star fruit. All the best oak. All in one neat little parcel. If this doesn’t tickle your fancy, truly nothing will.

1x Devitt & Moore William Pile Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Coonawarra — Australia
BIG and bold, this Coonawarra cabernet pulls no punches in expressing what it is — lush blackberry, dark cherry and plum intermingle with a rich palate built on layers of cocoa and vanilla. The famed red soil, or terra rossa soil, of Coonawarra only makes up a stretch 20km long and 2km wide but it is the kind of stuff that wine lovers geek out about. A patch of land producing world class, full-bodied cabernet, bringing excitement to each and every glass you enjoy. What's best is that these are wines built for the long haul, have a case tucked away and you'll have first-rate wine at your disposal whenever those terra rossa soils come calling.

1x Auld Family Wines 'The Ernie' Single Vineyard Shiraz 2023
Red — Shiraz
Barossa — Australia
96 points and a 4.2 Vivino Rating are absolutely nothing to shake a stick at. All the hallmarks of classic Barossa shiraz are right here. Generous, bold and packed full of flavour, we're unbelievably stoked with how this vintage is drinking (already)!
The Barossa Valley is home to quite a few multi-generational wine families. There are legacies as far as the eye can see, stretching across the Barossa plains and rooted as deep as the oldest vineyards. The Aulds are one such family, with the current generation Sam and Jock paying tribute to their lineage who were planting Australian vineyards in the mid 1800's. Each sip tells a story of sun-soaked vineyards, family traditions, and a relentless pursuit of quality. After the first taste of Ernie shiraz you won't be looking back.

1x First Drop The Zenith Shiraz 2023
Red — Shiraz
Barossa — Australia
First Drop wines continue their hot-streak with a big, bold, smooth Barossa shiraz - with 95pts to show for it. Dark fruit, velvety tannins and a big structure, this is about as much Barossa and you can cram into a bottle. Unbelievable value. Plush, ripe, fruit-driven, and dangerously drinkable, it delivers everything you want from Barossa fruit - dark berries, savoury spice, and a luscious, big mouthfeel that keeps you coming back. This is the kind of shiraz that disappears much faster than you'd think. Ten months in seasoned French oak keeps the focus on pure, expressive fruit. It's soft, textured, and perfectly balanced for maximum drinking joy. No overthinking needed here - just pure enjoyment.

1x Pertaringa 'Belonging to the Hills' GSM 2024

McLaren Vale — Australia
The Pertaringa name is no stranger to the Aussie household. The iconic Hardy family are to wine what vegemite is to toast: a perfect match. Take a great vintage, a world-famous blend, and classic McLaren Vale calibre and you have a wine that is almost impossible to get sick of. 'Jubey' was a word thrown around a lot on the tasting bench, so you know it must be true. Luscious, smooth, and fruit driven: this is a wine you can really sink your teeth into.

McLaren Vale — Australia
If you don’t know by now, we think it’s time for you to loop yourself in. The Pirramimma Limited Edition Shiraz comes from the fruit out of the famous “War Horse” and “Ironstone” blocks. The vines are old and what they lack in quantity (yield), they make up for in superb quality. Full bodied, but balanced with pepper and spice, there are just so many layers to discover in this wine. Laden with luscious, ripe blackberries, earthy blackcurrants, mocha, hints of cedar and a dollop of liquorice, you’re in for a treat with this divine, velvety red.

1x Hollick Red Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Coonawarra — Australia
This is jam packed full of black and red fruit - currants and raspberries mix with bramble and plums. The earthy and greener notes chime in late, backing up that initial fruit with some savoury depth. Classic Coonawarra - completely delicious. Estate fruit from the famed Hollick vineyards in Coonawarra, this is cab sauv like Aussies know and love. Certainly, a little bit of age behind this number has helped to fill out the mid palate, making it rich and dense with threads of fennel and mint throughout. It's very hard not to enjoy this wine - and we're speaking from experience.

1x Rymill Striking Colt Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Coonawarra — Australia
This is the cabernet you reach for when you’re making something decent for dinner but don’t feel like opening a “special occasion” bottle. Splash a bit into the Bolognese, have a glass while it simmers, then open a fresh one for the table without a second thought. It’s classic Coonawarra in feel, from a producer the locals know well. Weeknights are sorted! Medium-bodied, blackcurrant-led, with that regional freshness keeping things tidy. There’s a touch of oak in the mix, just enough to round things out without turning it into a project wine. This is cellar-door stockpiling territory. The sort of bottle you’d happily grab by the dozen because you know exactly what you’re getting every time - reliable, tasty, and easy to work into the week. Good wine, good price, good company. That’s the brief, and this one smashes it.

1x Sorby Adams HandCrafted Fiano 2026
White — Fiano
Clare Valley — Australia
Fiano is Australia's new sweetheart - and for good reason! Initially brought over from Sicily this grape is BUILT for the Australian sun - both to grow, and drink, in! Aromatic, medium-bodied with zesty lime, fresh rock melon and green apple seamlessly combining with natural acidity and clean, savoury finish. It's the ultimate table white - you'd be hard pressed to find a food that this doesn't pair well with. This captures everything Fiano should be (Australian or otherwise) - citrusy granny smith apple character dominates while subtle pastry complexity adds another dimension. Aromatic and medium-bodied, with the aforementioned zesty lime and fresh rock melon join green apple flavours seamlessly combining with natural acidity and a clean, savoury finish. Pair with Sicilian-style food - prawn risotto, fennel and orange salad, grilled sardines. Oh, and olives, just stuff as many olives in your mouth as you possibly can then have a sip of this bad-boy... heaven.

1x Handpicked Regional Selections Chardonnay 2017
White — Chardonnay
Yarra Valley — Australia
The Yarra Valley does a lot of things well. Chardonnay might just be the best of them. And 2017 was quite possibly the best Yarra Chardy vintage in a lifetime. This one delivers absolutely classic Yarra vibes. Stone fruit, citrus, a mineral edge and a creamy, textured mid-palate built from careful French oak maturation. It's the kind of wine that works just as hard at a dinner table as it does on its own on a Friday afternoon. Vibrant, elegant and completely delicious. This one pulls fruit from two distinct parts of the valley - the warmer valley floor for richness and spice, and a high-altitude site in the Upper Yarra for citrus snap and nervous acidity. The result is a Chardonnay with real depth and complexity, where neither end of the spectrum dominates and everything sits in genuinely satisfying balance. Yarra Chardonnay at a price that makes grabbing a few an easy decision.

1x Long Lane Estate Marlborough Pinot Gris 2025
White — Pinot Gris
Marlborough — New Zealand
Marlborough does Sauvignon Blanc brilliantly. Everyone knows that. But the region's Pinot Gris deserves considerably more attention - this'll show you exactly why. Ripe pear, white peach and a gentle floral lift on the nose, with a palate that's soft, textural and satisfyingly generous without ever losing its natural freshness. A whisper of spice and a clean, dry finish make it genuinely versatile at the table - seafood, soft cheese, Asian-inspired dishes or just a cold glass on a warm afternoon with nowhere to be. Fresh, approachable and completely easy to love. Grab a few. You'll find plenty of reasons to open them.

1x O'Leary Walker Watervale Riesling 2022
White — Riesling
Clare Valley — Australia
This is what happens when 35 years of winemaking experience gets at some absolutely classic Watervale terroir. Lifted kaffir lime, lemon juice and fennel aromatics lead to lemon-lime fruit balanced by tight acid backbone. Ken Gargett calls it "criminally underpriced" - we couldn't agree more... but we've slashed it anyway! Lifted aromatics of lime zest, lemon juice and fresh herbs immediately signal quality fruit and careful handling. These aren't subtle nose characters - they're bold and expressive, announcing the wine's pedigree from the first sniff. The palate delivers that perfect balance of lemon-lime fruit and tight acid backbone that makes great Clare Valley riesling so compelling. This is a textbook Watervale expression - the mineral edge, the citrus purity, the structural integrity that promises beautiful development if you can resist drinking it all immediately.
